Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across mainland UK only.

How We Pack

• All our products are packed in eco-friendly insulated boxes to maintain freshness.
  
• Ice packs may be included during warmer months.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed.
  
• We use trusted couriers such as DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  
• Most deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  

Important Notes

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, especially for perishable items.
  
• We do not accept responsibility for missed deliveries resulting in spoilage.
  
• You may receive an estimated delivery window via text or email from the courier.
  

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery (1-2 days): £5.75
  
• Sheffield Delivery (1-2 days): £3.00
• Free delivery on orders over £50 (after discounts)
  

Redelivery or Issues

If you miss the delivery or there is a problem:

• Please contact the courier directly using the tracking link.
