Refund & Return Policy

At Beko Kimchi, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order with the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

As our products are fresh, naturally fermented foods, we cannot resell any returned items and therefore cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, issued to your original payment method

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Refunds are only processed for items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds cannot be given for missed deliveries or items left unrefrigerated.
  • We do not refund shipping fees unless the issue was caused by us.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive and store your package promptly upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage due to:

  • Missed deliveries
  • Delays caused by inaccurate shipping information

🧾 Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing us at hello@bekokimchi.uk

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
